360dialog is the leading Whatsapp platform for Independent Software Providers. We are hosting the Whatsapp channels for more than 800 software solutions and 45000 B2B clients. As a bootstrapped and profitable company with no investors in the cap table we are free to do what makes sense from the business as well as from the tech perspective. Our mission is to enable businesses to not only adapt messaging channels but also use them for performance use cases and drive revenue through them. We love to use state of the art engineering methods all over the place in software development tech operations but you will find them also in non-tech areas through the whole organization.

We are looking for like-minded people to join our organization and contribute with their ideas skills and expertise in exchange for a good payment.

• Develop and update business marketing and GTM narratives for different stakeholders (agencies advertisers and partners)
• Manage brand and product campaigns
• Map and lead initiatives events and materials (pitch proof points case stories)
• Lead marketing processes and teams including agencies and partners
• Develop and manage educational products and services (guides playbooks webinars tutorials etc.)
• Manage strategy content and editorial calendar for owned media
• Resource management budget control priorities and schedules

Main Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or agencies
• Proven experience focusing on brand positioning product launches campaign management performance and social media
• Solid knowledge of communication platforms and media
• Experience in the technology segment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.

Budget

The budget range for this role is 3000/Month 4000/Month depending on the candidates level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
