About the Role
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers within a cloud solutions environment. This role suits experienced sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling pipeline ownership and long-term account development in a technology-driven setting.
You will work in an international environment with structured onboarding continuous learning opportunities and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory

Identify and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal sales and solution teams

Actively manage the sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups

Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant stakeholders

Support deal closure plans and ensure smooth execution across the sales cycle

Build strong relationships across internal teams and partner ecosystems

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline run rates

Position cloud technologies and services to effectively address customer business needs
Required Qualifications

Native or fluent Norwegian
-
Fluent English
-
36 years of experience in technology sales account management or business development
-
Experience working in a partner-based or technical sales environment
-
Strong understanding of cloud solutions deployment models and adoption planning
-
Ability to explain technical concepts and solution architectures to business stakeholders
-
Knowledge of security identity compliance and privacy principles in cloud environments
-
Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

Bachelors degree (Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field preferred)
