As aReceptionistyoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve business issues deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting and directing clients and visitors professionally and ensuring visitors are captured in our visitor management tool
Monitoring our internal meeting room booking system and communicating with requestors to ensurealltheir needs are captured
Assistingsite visitors with any information requests
Assistingin setting up rooms by moving tables and chairs as per booking details and working with theCatering team and AV coordinator to ensure staff have the support they need.
Providing services directly to clients according to predetermined requirements and quality standards
Being sensitive to the pressures clients may be under and escalating problems/issues promptly asrequired
Order staff or client flowers giftbasketsor donations upon request.
Dailyhours are 8:00 am to4:30pm. The candidate may be asked to cover early morning (7:30 am) and/or late evening (5:30 pm) shifts when needed
Champion the adoption of changes to firm technologyproceduresand policy.
Being flexible to work overtime whenrequested sometimes at short notice

The salary range for this position is $34700 - $57700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
