Location: Hybrid (3 days remote) Toronto Canada
Experience: 5 Years
Rate: $72 to $77 CAD PH

Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery within its Agentic Technology and Trust initiatives. This role focuses on managing AI-driven programs with an emphasis on trust security governance and measurable outcomes. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering product and trust teams supporting a Fortune 500 product company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-focused projects from initiation through delivery ensuring alignment with trust security and compliance principles
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope timelines dependencies risks and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with engineering product and trust stakeholders to execute Agentic Technology initiatives
• Track measure and report project progress to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational objectives
• Identify manage and resolve project risks issues and cross-team dependencies
• Drive clear and consistent communication across technical and business stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to company standards policies and AI trust and governance frameworks
• Support implementation of instrumentation and metering strategies to enable AI system accountability and transparency
• Stay current on Agentic AI technologies trust metrics and governance practices and integrate relevant advancements into project execution

Must-Have Skills

• Strong project management experience within technology or emerging technology domains
• Hands-on experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Familiarity with AI concepts trust frameworks and security principles
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder communication coordination and reporting skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience managing AI adoption security or compliance-related programs
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks and trust enablement practices
• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
• PMP or other recognized project management certifications
• Interest in Agentic AI systems and ethical AI practices
