Job Summary
Job Title: Floral Designer
Start Date: February 1
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$16.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Floral Designers to create high-quality floral arrangements for daily production and customer orders. This role requires creativity attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced floral environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and assemble floral arrangements according to company standards and order specifications
Handle fresh flowers with care to ensure quality and freshness
Follow recipes patterns and custom design instructions as needed
Prepare arrangements for delivery and shipment
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with processing and conditioning flowers upon arrival
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
Previous floral design experience required
Knowledge of floral varieties care and design techniques
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes as needed
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
Work Environment:
Floral production / warehouse setting
Fast-paced with daily volume expectations
