The NC Department of Adult Correction is one of the largest state agencies with more than 14000 employees. It is responsible for safeguarding and preserving lives and property through prevention protection and preparation as well as the care custody and supervision of all adults sentenced for violating North Carolina laws. This department includes state prisons with custody healthcare and facility operations staff as well as probation/parole officers who supervised sentenced people in the community. This Correction Enterprise Supervisor III (CES III) position is located at the Correction Enterprise Print Plant in Nash NC.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
Salary Range: $41655 - $72897

Veterans and National Guard Preference

Correction Enterprises is a self-sustaining division of the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction that operates more than 30 prison-based businesses. The program provides practical job training and skill development for incarcerated individuals preparing them for reentry and employment. Bachelors degree in a related field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of progressive law enforcement experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
