Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Universitys Human Resources team is seeking a Recruiter to join the team and assist with driving successful recruitment outcomes by actively sourcing and providing consultative support in the selection of candidates. The HR Recruiter will build strong relationships with management and serve as a trusted partner in advancing their recruitment needs. They will also serve as a resource on best practices and procedures for candidate evaluation during the selection process.
This is an in-person position located at our Daytona Beach FL Campus.
