Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients calling or visiting the office
- Answer phone calls transfer and take messages as necessary
- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support such as typing filing and data entry
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
