Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients calling or visiting the office
  • Answer phone calls transfer and take messages as necessary
  • Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support such as typing filing and data entry
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
