About the Role

Essity Professional Hygiene North America is seeking a Second Shift Packer to join our team at our Bordentown NJ facility. The second shift operates Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

What You Will Do

• An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe healthy and sustainable work environment.

• Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others too

• Run the machine and watch the process and if necessary adjust according to Essity Continuous Improvement Systems.

• Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if

• der and prepare raw materials / or products for palletizing and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures

• Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine

• Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation

• Support others in operating activities Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting or blocking if necessary

• Complete all required documentation and data files during production

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Entry-level experience - 0-1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of equipment

• Exposure to operating basic machinery handling tools or performing simple tasks on a production line is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits:

Expected Compensation

Payrate is $16.00. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge skills and experience.
