We are currently recruiting a Manager - People and Culture to support one of our Offshore & Remote Healthcare or Defence portfolios across the country. These portfolios operate in complex highly regulated and operationally critical environments delivering essential services to remote mine sites and offshore facilities hospitals and aged care settings or defence and government contracts.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager People the Manager - People and Culture will provide strategic advice and business partnering to senior leaders and their teams. As a HR Business Partner you will shape and deliver the organisational people plan aligned to operational safety and commercial priorities.
This role is critical in ensuring the organisation attracts develops and retains a high-performing workforce that delivers exceptional service in environments where reliability compliance and care are paramount.
