Job Summary:

The Aircraft Cleaner Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching cleaning crews to aircraft in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures that all aircraft cleaning operations are executed according to schedule safety standards and airline specifications. The dispatcher acts as the communication hub between cleaning teams operations control and airline representatives.

Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assign cleaning crews to aircraft based on arrival/departure schedules and crew availability.
Monitor flight schedules and adjust cleaning assignments in real-time to accommodate delays or changes.
Communicate clearly with team leads supervisors and airline personnel to ensure timely service.
Track and document cleaning activities crew assignments and service completion times.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols security regulations and company policies.
Report any issues delays or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate records of shift activities and prepare end-of-shift reports.
Support cleaning crews with logistical needs such as equipment supplies and access coordination.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in aviation dispatching or operations coordination preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
Proficient in using radios scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
