Intelligence Analyst Product Trainer
KBR is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst Product Trainer to design deliver and continuously improve training programs for U.S. Government (USG) intelligence analysis applications and workflows. The employee will develop curriculum hands-on labs and scenario-based exercises that reflect real-world intelligence tradecraft collection management and analytic production practices. Employee will lead new-user onboarding role-based advanced training and sustainment sessions while aligning instruction with IC standards mission use-cases and enterprise governance. The role includes close collaboration with product teams and mission stakeholders to translate updates features and analytic methodologies into practical measurable training outcomes. Strong facilitation stakeholder engagement and results-driven instruction are essential to ensure rapid compliant adoption of mission systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver instructor-led virtual and self-paced training for USG intelligence analyst applications (e.g. all-source analysis link analysis geospatial data exploitation) aligned to IC tradecraft.
- Create detailed training artifacts (curricula syllabi lesson plans job aids lab guides quick-reference cards and assessments) mapped to task-based learning objectives and mission workflows.
- Build scenario-based practical exercises using realistic datasets that reinforce collection-to-analysis-to-production processes and analytic standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience: 1 years of professional intelligence analysis experience within DoD/IC (all-source GEOINT SIGINT or counterterrorism/counterintelligence) or 3 years of analyst experience plus 1 years of formal training/instructional delivery on mission systems.
- Education/Training Credential: Bachelors degree
- Travel & Schedule: Ability to support travel up to 10% and work within secure facilities and mission schedules (including occasional surge periods).
Preferred Qualifications
- Tool Proficiency (documented): Training or operational experience with common IC/DoD analysis tools (e.g. link analysis platforms geospatial exploitation tools data integration/ETL workflow/case management systems) and enterprise data services.
- Instructional Design Credential: Professional certification in instructional design or completion of formal train-the-trainer programs.
- Mission Integration Experience: Prior experience standing up training programs during new system deployments capability rollouts or mission transitions including building performance baselines and adoption metrics.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
Travel: Travel & Schedule: Ability to support travel up to 10% and work within secure facilities and mission schedules (including occasional surge periods).
