Job Summary

Were looking for an OA Plan Implementation Associate to join our Insurance Operations this role you will play a key part in launching new plans by creating plan codes setting up shell accounts configuring planlevel provisions and building fund lineups that ensure a smooth and accurate implementation experience. You will also manage critical setup tasks such as establishing Salesforce plan contacts verifying beneficial ownership through Accurint and preparing all required plan forms for participant access. As a core member of the team youll help drive Open Architecture transitions collaborate closely with project managers and provide support that keeps our implementation process running seamlessly.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Set up new plans by creating plan codes accounts contacts fund lineups and required planlevel configurations.

  • Verify beneficial ownership and ensure compliance through accurate Accurint research and documentation.

  • Manage plan transitions configure design provisions and ensure all plan forms are properly generated and accessible.

  • Conduct thorough platform and website testing to ensure accuracy functionality and a smooth client experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams provide timely support and maintain strong working relationships across the implementation group.

  • Identify issues recommend process and system improvements and assist in updating procedures to enhance efficiency.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing training guidance and ongoing support to team members and new hires.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of relevant work experience preferred; however motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelors degree preferred; candidates who are undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Teams Outlook OneDrive Excel Access and Word.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.

  • Highly organized adaptable and able to manage workload independently while thriving in a fastpaced constantly changing environment.
