We are rapidly expanding with new offices from Edinburgh to Oxfordshire and are looking for experienced Chartered Surveyors/Associates to join our Valuation Department in Oxfordshire. The Role
You will deliver RICS-compliant valuation advice across a wide range of property types while supporting business growth and mentoring junior colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting property inspections due diligence and detailed market research
Preparing comprehensive high-quality valuation reports
Supporting Landlord & Tenant matters including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Working collaboratively across departments to provide integrated services
Mentoring and developing junior team members
Experience & qualifications:
Proven valuation experience preferably within a chartered surveying practice
RICS Chartered status and Registered Valuer
Strong experience in residential and/or commercial property valuations
Knowledge of market trends regulations and valuation standards
Ability to produce accurate well-reasoned reports
Track record in managing client relationships and generating business
Driving licence and willingness to travel
