Join a Nurturing Early Years Team
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Milton Keynes starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage helping them develop key social emotional and learning skills in a safe and stimulating environment.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a nursery class creating engaging play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity independence and a love of learning. You will work closely with teaching assistants and other Early Years staff to ensure every child receives high-quality personalised support.

Key Responsibilities
Plan deliver and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities for nursery pupils
Use observation and assessment to monitor progress and inform next steps
Create a safe welcoming and stimulating classroom environment
Foster childrens independence confidence and social skills
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality Early Years experiences
Communicate effectively with parents and carers keeping them informed of childrens development
Support childrens transition into Reception ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Maintain accurate records of progress attendance and wellbeing
This role allows a teacher to make a tangible difference in the early stages of a childs education supporting their growth across all areas of learning.
Who Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
Qualified with QTS and Early Years experience
Knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Skilled in planning and delivering play-based learning opportunities
Confident in observing assessing and recording pupil progress
Patient nurturing and able to create a positive inclusive environment
Collaborative and committed to working within a supportive Early Years team
Dedicated to safeguarding inclusion and pupil wellbeing
