Data Team:

Requirements
Proven experience working with school data systems
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using MIS systems and spreadsheets
Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical staff
Commitment to data protection and confidentiality
