Responsibilities:
Support students across KS3/KS4
Assist with differentiation and targeted interventions
Provide small-group or 1:1 additional learning support
Contribute to pastoral care and form tutor duties
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience working with young people preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong motivation to support academic and emotional development
ECTs or aspiring teachers encouraged to apply
