Job Summary
A high-performing secondary school in the Hinckley area is seeking a skilled and motivated Teacher of Mathematics to join its well-established department from January 2026.
The Maths department is a large cohesive team with a strong track record of progress across all ability ranges. The curriculum is carefully sequenced to build fluency reasoning and problem-solving skills with shared resources that support consistency and reduce unnecessary planning workload.
You will teach Maths across KS3KS5 depending on experience and be supported by experienced colleagues including subject specialists and instructional coaches. Intervention and support are targeted and purposeful helping students to build confidence as well as competence.
