This vibrant primary school in Fulham is seeking a passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its friendly and collaborative early years team. The school prides itself on providing a nurturing inclusive and stimulating environment where children aged 35 can thrive both academically and socially.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant you will:
Support the learning and development of children in reception and nursery classes
Assist in delivering structured and play-based learning activities
Support children with additional needs to ensure an inclusive classroom
Observe record and report childrens progress to the class teacher
Encourage confidence independence and social skills in young learners
Prepare classroom resources and assist in day-to-day routines
You will also help facilitate outdoor learning creative play and school trips contributing to a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Supporting children in whole-class small-group and one-to-one settings
Delivering play-based learning experiences under teacher guidance
Supporting childrens social emotional and behavioural development
Assisting with classroom management and maintaining routines
Preparing learning materials and classroom resources
Monitoring and documenting childrens development and progress
Supporting children with SEN EAL or other additional needs
Participating in team meetings training sessions and school initiatives
Assisting with school events extracurricular activities and trips
The school is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant who:
Has experience working with children aged 35 in a nursery or reception setting
Understands child development and early years pedagogy
Is nurturing patient and empathetic
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
Can effectively support children with SEN or EAL
