Job description

We are seeking a Senior Creative to join our Singapore studio team. Reporting to the Singapore Studio Director the experienced Senior 3D Exhibition Designer will lead the development of spatial elements of our projects touching on circulation artefact placements (museum exhibition) and bespoke interior/product design work.

As a Senior Designer you remain deeply hands-on driving the 3D process from visioning through to fabrication. You are a master of spatial storytelling who can translate complex narratives into physical environments. You will provide technical leadership mentor junior designers and act as a key point of contact for contractors and external partners to ensure design intent is maintained through to final delivery.

Your responsibilities (What youll do)

• Design Leadership: Lead the development of sophisticated 3D design concepts that push the boundaries of experiential storytelling.

• Narrative Visualization: Masterfully illustrate the look feel and soul of narrative spaces through high-end rendering and sketching.

• Holistic Integration: Orchestrate the seamless integration of media lighting soundscapes and interactivity within the physical environment.

• Technical Oversight: Oversee and produce detailed technical packages for production; ensure materials and construction methods align with both budget and aesthetic goals.

• Project Stewardship: Work alongside Project Managers to manage design timelines and deliverables ensuring the highest quality output for clients.

• Collaboration: Act as a design bridge between curators content developers and fabrication teams.

Your assets (What you bring to the table)

• Eight years experience preferably in a creative environment in the entertainment design architecture or construction industry;

• Based in Singapore with a desire to travel locally;

• Excellent communication skills written and spoken English other languages an asset;

• Efficient in advanced 3D softwares including Blender and Rhino;

• Proficiency in Google environment including Docs Sheets Slides and Gemini;

• Efficient in Adobe Suite including Photoshop Premiere and After effects;

• Experience in dealing with high-pressure situations.

• Technical Authority: Advanced understanding of construction logic and the ability to review or produce complex technical drawings.

• Leadership & Mentorship: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to guide junior staff and foster a culture of creative excellence.

• Autonomy: High level of initiative and the ability to lead workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
