Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Downtime Specialist for their studios in Belgrade Serbia.

About the Role.
As a Downtime Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring smooth studio operations by planning tracking and communicating downtime activities. Working closely with maintenance teams and stakeholders you will help coordinate maintenance schedules support preventive initiatives and ensure accurate reporting. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and enjoys keeping complex operations running efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update accurate downtime schedules including new studio releases
Coordinate planned maintenance activities and studio reopenings
Support preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives
Communicate downtime plans updates and changes to relevant teams
Track downtime activities and support reporting and documentation
Collaborate with maintenance teams contractors and project stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of downtime planning and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Experience in scheduling operations or maintenance coordination
Strong organizational communication and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
High School Diploma as a minimum qualification
Experience in Live Casino Production or similar technical environments is a plus
Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
