Salary basic: Canadian Dollars $7408 per month tax free

Commission: Canadian $5556 per month tax free

Are you an experienced sales-driven leader looking for an international career move This is a rare opportunity for a Canadian-based professional to relocate to Saudi Arabia as a General Manager within a fast-growing fitness organisation.

The Role

As General Manager you will be responsible for leading the overall performance of the club with a strong emphasis on sales people leadership and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a high-performing sales-focused team
Driving new member acquisition retention and revenue growth
Implementing structured sales systems and accountability
Managing KPIs budgets and performance reporting
Ensuring exceptional customer experience and brand standards
Creating a positive motivated and results-driven culture

About You

You will ideally have:

Proven experience leading teams in a sales-driven environment
Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit and exceed targets
Confidence coaching motivating and developing people
A passion for fitness health or lifestyle brands
Openness to relocating internationally and embracing a new culture

Fitness industry experience is beneficial but not essential strong leadership and sales capability are key.
