What Youll Do
The Manager Partnerships Marketing is responsible for working with partners on products and provide research expertise on trends culture and fashion with an emphasis on Lifestyle and retail brands. Youll be responsible for brand partnerships which includes but is not limited to working with Brand and Marketing leaders on prospecting fashion celebrity influencer artist retail and other partners. Youll liaise regularly with internal and external partners to support partnership goals.
What youll be working on
- Grow ABGs partner database through continuous research of potential partners and generate interest in driving partnerships through outreach emphasizing Lifestyle retail brands
- Manage licensing deals with partners and ensure systems are updated
- Keep the team apprised of trends in fashion and culture
- Understand each brands value proposition in the ABG portfolio and prepare compelling presentations to prospects
- Work cross functionally with the appropriate teams to compile and ensure timely completion of Post Partnership briefs beginning with Ideation to Activation status calls weekly sales press recaps and monthly reports spreadsheets
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and communicate relevant updates related to current partnership conversations and upcoming partner activations.
- Assist the Global Partnerships department in deepening our relationships with existing partners
Must Haves
- Bachelors degree in business communications marketing or related field preferred
- At least 2-3 years experience in fashion consumer products creative agency marketing retail or related field
- Resourceful team player with high energy and a passion for product entertainment trends fashion culture and marketing
- An analytical mind; able to provide insightful conclusions and recommendations based on trend data and market research
- Excellent planning and project management competencies
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Manage and navigate through complex processes
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills.
- Can prioritize effectively
- Results oriented with a high degree of resilience and perseverance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail; proactive with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to successfully navigate in a fast-paced outcomes-driven and entrepreneurial environment

- Perform other tasks and projects as required

Primary Location Salary Range:
$80000 - $100000
