What youll do
Support the rollout ofour Leadership Development Program and initiatives
Help prepare learning materials and toolkits
Support communication coordination and engagement
Collect feedback and learning insights
Collaborate with HR colleagues across countries
Youll be involved fromidea execution impact.
This role could be for you if you
Are a student or recent graduate (HR Psychology Business or similar)
Are curious about leadership learning and growth
Like structure but also enjoy being creative
Feel comfortable working in English
Want to learn by doing
