Southwest Florida Full-TimeEarth Tech Enterprises is seeking an experienced Marine Construction Estimator to support our growing Marine & Heavy Civil Division. This role is responsible for preparing accurate competitive bids for waterfront and infrastructure projects throughout Southwest Florida.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed estimates for marine and heavy civil projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
- Price labor equipment materials trucking and subcontractors
- Analyze marine construction methods logistics and productivity
- Evaluate site access tides water depth and staging constraints
- Support bid reviews pricing strategies and project turnover
Project Types Include:- Seawalls dredging dock building groins and revetments
- Dredging and shoreline stabilization
- Riprap sheet pile cofferdams and marine earthwork
Qualifications:- 5 years estimating experience in marine or heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of marine means and methods
- Ability to read construction plans and bid documents
- Estimating software and Excel proficiency
