Associate Solutions Architect

TheAssociateSolutions Architect (SA)is responsible fortechnically supporting company products and services in an assigned AssociateSA works closely with the Account Executives(AEs) Account ManagersSales Development Representatives (SDRs) partners consulting team technical support and various corporate key contributors.TheAssociateSA will take direction from the senior SA within theirvertical and work together on strategy and approach for engaging with prospects.

What Youll Do:

• Supportthevertical sales team in a technical pre-salescapacityper industry vertical.
• Meet withclients and prospects in a pre-salescapacity (technical discovery) to understand their challenges and needs.
• Provide general and customized demos to highlight Jamas capabilities.
• Support customers through guided trials to ensure Jama Connect meets their success criteria.
• Learnhow Jama can supportthe medical device industry standards (21 CFR 820.30 ISO 13485 ISO 14971 IEC 62304)
• Complete RFP/RFIs security questionnaires and other required technical responses as part of the salesand renewalprocess.
• Support marketing initiatives as required (blogs whitepapers webinars).
• Take direction from the pre-salesSA Managertostrategizecustomized solutions and offerings.
• Work with consultants to transition projects from pre-sales to post-sales delivery.

What Youll Bring:

• 1-2yearsexperiencein pre-sales or solutions engineering background in enterprise SaaSor Engineeringsales.
• 1 years experience with Agile Lean KanbanSAFeand other product engineering and delivery methodologiesrequired.
• 1 years experience with salesmethodologyand pipeline management.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Goodpresentation skills and ability to position a product or solution in client facing conversations.
• Ability to think on your feet and thoughtfully answer customer questions.
• Ability to absorb technical concepts and learn quickly.
• Adaptable with a positive attitude and team player.
• Comfortable with virtual meetings andabilityto build relationships virtually.
• Familiar with application lifecycle management offerings and experience working in product development.

Nice to Have:

• Experience inthe Medicaland Life Sciencesindustry.
• Familiarity with JiraAzureDevOps andcommon test management tools.
• Familiarity with APIs and scripting languages like Python.
• Experienceusing AILLMs.
• Able to support Pacific time zone.
