Responsibilities:
- Safely transport raw materials work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods between designated storage production and shipping areas using appropriate Material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts pallet jacks).
- Accurately receive label and store incoming materials in accordance with inventory and material control procedures.
- Pull stage and issue materials for production orders or customer shipments based on picking instructions or job travelers.
- Verify part numbers quantities and condition of materials prior to movement or staging.
- Ensure proper rotation of stock (e.g. FIFO) and segregation of nonconforming or quarantined items.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP system D365 through data entry or scanning.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory as assigned.
- Identify and report any damaged mislabeled or nonconforming materials.
- Support packaging loading or unloading operations as needed.
- Adjust inventory locations or bins in WMS/ERP within their user-level access based on assigned responsibilities.
- Label quarantine or segregate nonconforming inventory as directed by Quality or Supervision.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
- Familiarity with basic inventory principles (e.g. FIFO stock rotation).
- Ability to use handheld scanners or basic ERP/WMS systems.
- Be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of six months of warehouse logistics or Material handling experience preferred.
