Job Title: Founding Engineer

Job Description:
You will lead the development of a strategic e-commerce vertical owning the technical roadmap from conception to delivery. This high-autonomy role combines deep full-stack engineering with direct customer interaction allowing you to shape the product based on real-world feedback while eventually building and mentoring a dedicated engineering team around you.

What you will do:

Design and build end-to-end features using Django and React while maintaining high code quality
Spend 30% of your time engaging with customers and running workshops to inform product strategy
Spearhead the development of the Shopify integration and scale the technical infrastructure

The ideal candidate:

3-5 years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong preference for Django and React
Advanced proficiency with AI coding tools like Cursor or Copilot as a core part of your workflow
Demonstrated curiosity and high agency through a public side project and experience mentoring others
