Key Responsibilities:

This role is part of Alcons Project Management function a team that ensures all regular and one-off projects are planned organized and executed effectively to help our people and the world see brilliantly. The Principal I Project/Program Management (Science/Tech/Engineering Path) is primarily responsible for leading project teams in IT/Engineering/Scientific projects ensuring timely budget-friendly completion while meeting technical and quality standards. Youll drive problem-solving and innovation using scientific principles.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

7 11 years of total experience.
Serve as a subject matter expert providing strategic guidance and thought leadership
Lead and manage projects shaping strategies and making informed decisions
Engage in research innovation and knowledge sharing within the organization and industry
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation improve processes and contribute to the organizations growth and success.

Microsoft software experience is required.
Lead and direct project teams in the design implementation and modification of technical projects
Prepare project execution plans and identify necessary technical and business resources
Ensure projects are completed on schedule within budget and meet technical quality and scope requirements
Stay current on advances in the field of IT and changes in the organizations business processes
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams
Interface with stakeholders and vendors to ensure requirements are met resolve issues and assess risk and change management needs
Adhere to all IT governance policies and procedures.

PMP preferred.
Develop validate and implement controlled environment methods applying existing techniques and procedures and recommending and implementing modifications for improved efficiency.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
