NorthBattleford Comprehensive High School (NBCHS) is seeking a collaborativestudent-centered Vice-Principal to join a strong administrative teambeginning July 1 2026 .
Workingalongside the Principal and an additional Vice-Principal the successfulcandidate will play a key leadership role in supporting staff connecting withstudents and fostering a positive inclusive and high-expectations learningenvironment. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose contribute toschool-wide improvement and make a meaningful impact within a large diverseschool community.

PreferredQualifications & Experience
- Experience in a large high school setting
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capacity
- Experience working with Indigenous students and communities
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
- A Masters degree in Education(or currently working toward one) is considered an asset
Salary& Benefits
- Vice-Principal allowance of over$24000 in addition to teaching salary (STF salary grid)
