Night Captain (Part-Time)

Reporting to the Concierge Leadership responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional engaging and friendly service
• Delivery of Food and Beverage orders
• Co-ordinate and work with Front Office and Housekeeping Departments
• Provide parking assistance upon arrival and departure of guest vehicles
• Provide the guest with detailed parking fees and clear explanation of valet benefits
• Work with the overnight Manager on duty
• Luggage handling
• Pick-up laundry and doorknob menus
• Meet all guest needs in a pleasant efficient and professional manner
• Duties include: Shoeshine In-Room Dining orders and Bell Services

Additional Information :

Physical Aspects of Position (included but not limited to):

• Previous guest service and food & beverage experience required
• Excellent communication skills in both official languages
• Proven guest service excellence
• Smart Serve Certification required
• Valid Drivers License with no infractions
