Work Period: July 2026 to December 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham MA with the remaining days worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: As a key member of the Talent Acceleration team you will play a hands-on role in shaping learning development and culture initiatives across SharkNinjas global workforce. Acting as a cultural architect for the organization this co-op will support the design and facilitation of inclusive engaging experiences that span the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through leadership development. The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills with comfort presenting to and leading groups as well as a solid HR foundation and design-oriented mindset to help foster a high-performing people-centric culture. You will collaborate closely with HR partners internal communications and business leaders and will also partner with the Performance Coaching team supporting mindset labs and workshop development through content creation experience design and iteration.

• Support the design planning and facilitation of onboarding leadership development and talent acceleration programs across the employee lifecycle
• Partner with HR Performance Coaching and business stakeholders to coordinate and deliver workshops mindset labs and interactive learning experiences
• Create engaging inclusive learning content toolkits and resources using a design-driven approach to support professional growth and team effectiveness
• Assist in managing program calendars participant communications and feedback mechanisms to ensure seamless delivery and strong learner engagement
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform iteration and continuous improvement of learning and culture initiatives
• Research and recommend innovative approaches to learning facilitation and employee development that support an inclusive high-performing culture
• Gain hands-on experience with learning and development platforms supporting adoption and continuous improvement across the business
• Contribute to shaping a people-centric curiosity-driven culture that prioritizes growth performance and inclusion at SharkNinja

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelors masters or doctoral program or have graduated within the past year
• Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham MA
• Must have experience facilitating discussion groups or communicating in front of medium to large sized audiences
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across functions and levels
• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks and timelines
• Contribute a positive proactive mindset with a desire to improve the employee experience
• Leverage creative thinking to help build engaging learner-focused content and resources
• Collaborate well in team settings while also driving independent projects forward
• Show curiosity and interest in talent development organizational behavior or HR strategy
• Bring comfort navigating digital tools (PowerPoint Excel SharePoint; bonus for Canva or LMS platforms)
