- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pool.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates skills experience and alignment with our company values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Assist in developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Experience in engaging with potential candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pool.
- Ability to conduct initial screenings to assess candidates skills experience and alignment with company values.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in an applicant tracking system.
