Job Summary
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30AM 5:00PM(on call every other week for evenings and weekends rare occurrence when this is needed)
This job is performed daily out of the Twinsburg office (fully onsite role) with shared responsibilities of 25% performing delivery and mail pick up assignments and 75% working in an in-office setting providing internal administrative office support.
What Contract and Billing contributes to Cardinal Health
Contracts and Billing is responsible for finance related activities such as customer and vendor contract administration customer and vendor pricing rebates billing (including dropships) processing charge backs and vendor invoices developing and negotiating customer and group purchasing contracts.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma GED or equivalent or equivalent work experience preferred
- Must hold a valid drivers license and have a good driving record
- Must pass criminal background check
- Prior delivery driving experience a plus
- Ability to lift containers weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
- Possess strong organizational prioritization and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
Responsibilities:
- Maintains appropriate licenses training and certifications
- Makes deliveries to customer accounts using a company vehicle (non-cdl will be driving a cargo van)
- Daily pick up of USPS & Interoffice mail
- Work on call for weekends/evenings on a rotating schedule
- Onbase documentation workflows
- Inventory and stock management
- Various other onsite administrative tasks
- Possess understanding of service level goals and objectives
- Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete administrative duties
- Possess strong organizational prioritization and communication skills
- Adheres to quality guidelines
Anticipated hourly range:$15.70 per hour - $24.75 per hour
