Job Summary
Biggers Auto group in Elginis looking to fill this position where the candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Service & Parts departmentsby assisting advisorstechnicians and customers with the purchase and use of parts. Presenting the whole job every time. We are moving into our new building soon and are looking to add some new team members to the store.

Job Responsibilities of our Parts Counter Associate:
- Assisting the Parts/Service Managerwith whatever theymay need throughout the day.
- Answer incoming phone calls providing price quotes and other information.
- Greeting customers that come into the service center in a friendly professional manner.
- Working with technicians to ensure they have the right parts and going to get the necessary parts to assist with the completion of their job.
- Receipts daily stock and orders.
Parts Counter Associate Job Requirements
- Reynolds & Reynoldsexperience preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales is preferred.
- Good communication skills with a strong customer service background.
- A valid drivers license is required.
- Bilingual a plus
