Job Summary
Position : Head- Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Location: Kochi
Qualification: LLB / LLM
Experience: 12 years of relevant experience.
Salary -17Lacs to 21lacs
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee high-risk legal and regulatory matters and manage engagement with external counsel and regulators.
• Ensure full compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations including oversight of FLA APR and other statutory filings.
• Lead governance and control frameworks covering contracts cross-border agreements
• Director documentation and authorization protocols.
• Drive internal control effectiveness through oversight of audits CAPEX governance and approval of high-value procurements and purchase orders.
• Establish and monitor robust compliance mechanisms for HR payroll factory operations and statutory audits across locations.
• Own enterprise risk mitigation areas including insurance management IPR protection and regulatory exposure management.
• Act as a trusted compliance advisor to senior management and operational leadership ensuring alignment with evolving laws policies and governance standards.
