• Aviation
• Surface Transportation

CMT provides planning environmental design and construction observation phase services on projects in all four of these groups and more which range from simple to complex.

What you will do:

• Support a variety of engineering planning or corporate projects
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas
• Developing technical reports and presenting collaborative ideas
• Be open to feedback and professional growth
• Engineering new grads: assist with planning preparation & field visits alongside experienced engineers
• Corporate new grads: Support process improvement and team collaboration within business units

Here is what youll need:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineeringor your technical field is required.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in the field as needed for engineering roles.
• Possession of a current and valid driverslicense totravel to field sites as needed for engineering roles.

The expected compensation range for this position is $70500 - $81000 annually. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors including but not limited to individual education qualifications prior work experience and geographic location.
