About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee sitework and civil construction projects across Central Texas. This role is responsible for managing all field operations coordinating crews and subcontractors maintaining schedule and safety and delivering projects efficiently and safely.

Projects may include earthwork utilities drainage paving concrete and roadway/site infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
Supervise foremen crews and subcontractors
Plan and execute work involving mass grading utilities storm drainage concrete and paving
Maintain and drive the project schedule using short-interval and look-ahead planning
Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
Coordinate inspections testing and quality control
Communicate effectively with project managers owners engineers and inspectors
Review plans and specifications to resolve field issues proactively
Maintain accurate daily reports quantities and production tracking

Qualifications

5 years experience as a Superintendent in civil or heavy civil construction
Strong background in site development utilities and earthwork
Experience coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors
Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Safety-first mindset
OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
