Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

A Large 3PL company in the Louisville area is in need for an experienced Team Lead for 3rd shift. Schedule is Monday - Friday; 10:30 pm top 6 am. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position. Shipping lead responsible for performing administrative duties including outbound paperwork filing and reporting in Microsoft Excel. Communicates with supervisor regarding outbound shipments and inventory status. Ensures the flow on the floor is moving efficiently. Ensures the transportation piece is moving and alerting folks when it is not. Reports HR issues to the Derby Supervisor or Manager. Help on the floor when behind or to help cover absences.
