Who You Will Be Working With

At PMG were passionate about creating innovative marketing solutions that deliver exceptional results for some of the worlds most iconic brands. As a Media Marketing Intern youll dive into the dynamic world of digital marketing gaining hands-on experience in paid media channels such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Paid Social and/or Programmatic.

Youll join a supportive collaborative team thats dedicated to helping you grow and succeed. Working alongside experienced professionals youll gain real-world experience contributing to impactful advertising campaigns for industry-leading brands. Our team values creativity curiosity and a data-driven mindset and were excited to mentor and support you as you explore your passion for marketing.

In this internship youll have the opportunity to learn from cross-functional teams build your skills and use cutting-edge tools to power campaigns that deliver measurable results. What Youll Be Doing

• Learn the fundamentals of SEM Paid Social and/or Programmatic advertising while working on campaigns that deliver measurable results for our clients.
• Analyze campaign performance data to uncover actionable insights that inform strategy and drive optimization.
• Gain experience using cutting-edge tools and platforms that power digital marketing strategies for global brands.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns in a collaborative environment.
• Benefit from mentorship by experienced PMG professionals building skills and exploring career opportunities in the digital marketing industry.

What You Will Bring

• Current enrollment as a rising senior undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in marketing business advertising or a related field and seeking a Summer 2026 internship.
• A genuine enthusiasm for learning about digital marketing and contributing to impactful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze data and create reports that provide actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge or interest in learning media platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads Manager or similar tools.
• Experience with or curiosity about project management tools like for task coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude welcoming challenges and seeking opportunities to grow and learn.
• Must be based in Dallas TX and available to work in-office 5 days a week (PMG cannot provide relocation assistance for this paid internship).
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as PMG cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
