A bit about the role:

The Senior Group Tax Manager is responsible for ensuring the HX group companies (in the UK

Australia Canada Czechia Estonia France Germany Norway and USA) fulfil their tax compliance

obligations advising the business on tax matters as the in-house expert and providing tax support on

projects. To succeed in this busy role it is essential that you are well organised a good

communicator and a strong collaborator who enjoys working on a variety of matters with a range of

internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

You will work closely with the VP Tax and Treasury and others on the following:

Manage group and statutory tax reporting processes.

Oversee external advisors in the delivery of corporate tax compliance and payments.

Support the finance team with VAT return submissions.

Identify develop and embed improvements all corporate tax and VAT processes.

Maintain tax calendar to ensure tax submissions and payments are made on a timely basis.

Delivery of transfer pricing documentation.

Contribute to projects led by the business to ensure tax efficient outcomes.

Ad hoc advisory across all taxes.

Keep abreast of tax changes in HX countries and liaise with internal and external

stakeholders to ensure the group is prepared.

Other duties as assigned.
