About the Role

As a Customer Experience Consultant you will be at the heart of operations and customer interaction. This role combines operational execution with a consultative approach giving you exposure across multiple functions of the supply chain.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth accurate and timely shipment handling while delivering a high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end shipment processes across ocean air and/or multimodal transport
  • Coordinate deliveries from port of discharge and ensure data accuracy in internal systems
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers handling queries and providing proactive updates
  • Collaborate with warehouses procurement sales teams and trucking partners
  • Use cargo-related systems to track shipments manage documentation and ensure operational compliance
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer service logistics or supply chain operations
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and spoken
  • Cargo/shipment experience is a strong plus (ocean air or multimodal)
  • Familiarity with cargo-related software and operational tools (TMS shipment tracking systems ERP CargoWise or similar platforms)
  • Team-oriented proactive and well-organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Knowledge of operational processes and tools (Power BI is a plus)
