Dentsu Health (a division of Dentsu Creative) was launched in 2022 to accelerate growth within a specialized health practice and transform connected health experiences for better health outcomes. We provide leading pharmaceutical companies with expertise in the development of marketing strategies and tactics as well as medical educational initiatives. Our clients range from mid to large pharmaceutical companies covering a diverse selection of prescription and non-prescription products that span multiple therapeutic areas.

HEALTH STRATEGY MEDICAL EDUCATION

Your primary role will be to lead communications strategy content development and research for the creation of Medical Education programs. You will partner with other departments at the agency (incl. Client Service Creative and Events) to ensure that the final materials are scientifically accurate and meet the appropriate regulatory requirements. You will work directly with clients and act as a liaison with healthcare providers and faculty members to meet deliverables and provide senior-level support and service for Medical Education projects. This is a part-time freelance role which can be done remotely with the occasional in-person meeting or event.

  • Strong scientific background and research skills to develop a wide range of educational materials for prescription products across various therapeutic areas.

  • Effectively able to contribute ideas and drive the strategic planning process for medical education.

  • Ability to distill complex medical information into a clear understandable story that appeals to a range of audiences.

  • Provide technical scientific and program management to ensure the efficient development of medical education programs for varied HCP audiences.

  • Work with internal stakeholders (Client Engagement Creative Digital and Events teams) to build positive relationships and creative programs.

  • Liaise directly with healthcare provider steering committee members and accrediting bodies in the development of medical education programs.

  • Possess knowledge of the requirements and processes involved in various medical accrediting bodies in Canada (e.g. College of Family Physicians of Canada Royal College of Canada Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy).

  • Leverage critical thinking problem-solving and creative skills to develop engaging and visually appealing medical education programs.

The salary range for this position ishourly rate between $80-$90. Actual salary within thesalary range will be based on avariety of factors including relevantexperience knowledge and skills. Contract would be from January to July/Aug 2026.
