Technology only succeeds when people are ready for it. This role is critical to making that happen. As Deployment Manager youll lead the readiness engagement and change activities that ensure new technology lands smoothly delivers real value and becomes part of business as usual from day one.

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

Own end-to-end business readiness for technology deployments
Ensure on-time high-quality delivery with strong adoption outcomes
Act as the bridge between Product Project and Business teams
Drive change training and engagement ahead of go-live
Minimise disruption and accelerate return to productivity

About you. mo koe

Experience with Lumina and Sabre is essential for this position - Serko/SAVI experience would also be a benefit.
Experience in deployment change or large-scale technology initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Customer-centric outcomes-focused mindset
Tertiary qualification and/or project management experience (desirable)
