Job Summary
Validation Engineering Specialist OTC & Skincare
Looking to grow your career in validation within the pharma / personal care space
Im recruiting a Validation Engineering Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on OTC products sunscreens and skincare.
What youll do
Execute Facility Utility Equipment Process Cleaning and Computer System Validations
Support scale-up pilot batches and tech transfers
Partner cross-functionally with QA QC Production and Engineering
Participate in pFMEAs audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and maintain validation documentation and reports
What were looking for
3 years of validation experience in pharma or personal care (Rx or OTC)
Strong knowledge of cGMP FDA regulations and OTC compliance
Hands-on detail-oriented proactive mindset
Comfortable working in collaborative fast-moving teams
Bachelors degree in Chemistry Engineering or related field
Lean / Six Sigma is a plus.
