What Youll Do as a Physical Therapist
As a valued part of our Muncie-based care team you will:
Champion Elara Carings mission vision and care philosophy
Deliver direct hands-on patient care and evaluate functional needs
Create and implement individualized care plans that drive real outcomes
Collaborate with caregivers families and other specialists
Maintain high standards of therapy practice and documentation
Provide leadership education and community-facing physical therapy support
Work in an active highengagement environment
Lift support and transfer patients as needed (up to 50100 lbs)
Travel within your coverage area (approximately 50%)
What You Need to Succeed
Graduate of an APTAapproved Physical Therapy program
Current unrestricted Physical Therapy license (state of Indiana)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Dependable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
Willingness to travel within the regional Muncie coverage area
Ability to sit stand bend lift and move throughout the day
Location: Muncie Indiana
Youll report to:
Branch Director Clinical Manager Clinical Supervisor or their designee
