Job Summary

The Fresh Collective is looking for a highly experienced Senior Bartender to join a close-knit team at The Lounge located onsite at UNSW Kensington. The Bartender will be highly skilled highly motivated and have exceptional customer service skills.

The Role

Make cocktails and drinks to a high quality and appearance
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bars wine list cocktail menu and food menu
Basic barista skills are highly regarded and a plus!
Conduct a professional and courteous manner at all times
Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service staff presentation and grooming
Set up and cleaning of the bar

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of bartender experience coming from well-established and fast-paced venues
Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
Have strong communication skills
Hold a valid RSA
Hold full Australian working rights and be available to work a minimum of 12 months
Be available to start ASAP
