The Senior Team Leader Ecosystem Restoration leads multidisciplinary teams to design deliver and evaluate strategic ecosystem restoration projects that improve the condition function and resilience of landscapes across NSW.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of a portfolio of complex projectsdeveloping project plans establishing governance managing resources monitoring progress and ensuring highquality reporting. A key part of the role is developing and embedding scalable state-wide restoration frameworks and tools that strengthen consistency and impact across programs.
The position also plays a central role in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing expert advice on emerging issues and leading crosstenure initiatives that integrate ecological social and cultural values. You will support project teams to navigate challenges balance competing priorities and achieve restoration outcomes within required timeframes budgets and policy directions.
This is a leadership role that drives bestpractice restoration at scale while supporting and developing staff across geographically dispersed regions. Its an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the longterm recovery and resilience of ecosystems across NSW.
