The Opportunity

Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of water infrastructure construction projects across Melbourne. This site-based role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end project delivery while working with a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.

Reporting to the Operations Manager youll drive project success across program planning health and safety quality commercial performance and sustainability objectives.

Essential Criteria

Location: Must be based in the Melbourne area - this is a site-based role

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Project Management or related field

Experience:

Proven track record managing construction projects within the water sector
Demonstrated project delivery success across planning safety quality commercial and sustainability
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Skills:

Strong project management principles and methodologies
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a positive safety culture across all projects
Develop project budgets forecasts and accruals
Manage contracts variations and Extensions of Time
Comprehensive project planning including procurement scheduling and resourcing
Ensure quality systems compliance and documentation standards
Foster collaborative stakeholder relationships
Identify sustainable and social procurement opportunities
