Textiles - Ribbons Laces and Grey Fabrics
Role Overview
We are looking for an independent hands-on creative who can take complete ownership of our brand marketing materials. This role combines product photography video shoots editing content creation and day-to-day management of our social media presence. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic eye works with minimal supervision and can consistently produce clean premium-looking visuals for a textile brand.
Key Responsibilities
-
Own end-to-end creation of marketing content: plan shoot edit and publish.

Create high-quality product listing photos for ribbons and laces (white background close-ups scale/usage shots detail textures packaging shots).
-
Shoot and edit short-form videos (reels/shorts) and longer videos (YouTube) for product showcases behind-the-scenes processes new arrivals and client-facing explainers.

Maintain brand consistency across all outputs (visual style tone typography logo usage and templates).
-
Manage and grow our social media handles: Instagram YouTube LinkedIn (and any future platforms).
-
Plan monthly/weekly content calendar and ensure regular posting cadence.

Design marketing creatives: banners flyers catalog pages exhibition creatives WhatsApp creatives and LinkedIn posts.

Create/coordinate 3D renders or enhanced product visuals where required (for cleaner presentation and variety).

Work with the team to collect product information (sizes colors materials MOQ use-cases) and convert it into engaging content.

Maintain a well-organized asset library (raw footage edited files templates fonts project files) with proper naming and backups.

Support exhibitions/client meetings by preparing marketing collateral as needed.
Must-Have Skills

Strong product photography skills (lighting composition sharp detail) and ability to shoot textiles accurately.

Video shooting and editing skills; comfortable with Reels/Shorts workflows.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (banner design retouching layouts).
-
Good aesthetic sense and understanding of premium brand presentation.
-
Ability to work independently: ownership mindset self-planning and timely delivery.
-
Comfortable working on-site at both locations (New Textile Market and Udhana).
-
Basic understanding of social media platform best practices (formats aspect ratios hashtags/keywords posting frequency).
Good-to-Have Skills

3D product rendering experience (any tool: Blender/Dimension/KeyShot/etc.).

Experience with e-commerce listing standards and marketplaces (Amazon/IndiaMART/website listings).
-
Motion graphics basics (simple titles transitions) for clean professional edits.
-
Copywriting skills for captions and LinkedIn posts (clear confident brand-aligned).

Experience in textile/fashion/lifestyle product content.
Tools & Platforms

Camera/phone shooting with basic lighting setup; product backdrop setup (white/neutral).

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).

Video editing software (Premiere Pro/DaVinci/Final Cut/CapCut - any one strong command).

Optional: 3D tools for rendering; Canva templates if required.
